In my private practice, I integrate breath, and movement—grounded in Ashtanga and Katonah traditions—with holistic nutrition and herbal experience, if needed.
Whether addressing brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, stress, or recovery from injury or surgery, I tailor sessions to align both body and energy. By combining movement, breath, and if wanted nutrition, we create the conditions for real, lasting change.
