Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
A playful and engaging class where children explore body awareness and mindfulness through songs, movement, and breath. We focus on developing balance, strength, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Each session includes yoga poses, breathwork, creative painting to integrate learning, and opening and closing circles to reflect and connect. A space for kids to move, create, and grow with curiosity and joy.
Every Thursdays from 3:45 pm until 4:45 pm
April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and May 1st.
Kids ages 5-8
Full program is: $108
Drop-in upon availability: $25
*If program is popular we will continue a 5-week long program from May 8th to June 5th.
